An introduction to the concept of “clusters” of gestures and expressions. Learn to read subtle body language and identify what is relevant and irrelevant. Gather information without being intrusive and train yourself to become a natural detective. Draw inferences not conclusions. Understand how you can keep your audience hooked on for more. Learn to respond to negative feedback from your audience.
Patrick Tan, LL.B, is a lawyer, pilot, entrepreneur and professional trainer. At age 32, he has realised two childhood ambitions and is now committed to helping individuals and organisations realise their aspirations. Systematic, organised and results-oriented, his experience in the highly rigorous and disciplined fields of law and aviation are an asset to any individual or organisation.
